From idea to evidence.

We reduce the uncertainty of building a digital product: we prove what's worth building, keep every decision visible and measure what worked. You end up with a product — and more control than you had before you started.

Against blind development

Most products fail before the first line of code.

Blind development starts with a feature list, grows on opinions, hides its decisions, launches without metrics and ends up depending on the one person who understands the system. It doesn't fail because of bad code: it fails by building the wrong thing, operating in the dark and staying tied to a vendor.

Blind development
01 · Problem
It starts with a feature list, not the real problem.
02 · Problem
Decisions get hidden and nobody knows why something was built.
03 · Problem
It launches without metrics and the product depends on a single person.
NODO symbol
Evidence-based building
01 · Solution
Context before code: first we prove what's worth building.
02 · Solution
Every decision stays visible and on record, with a date and a reason.
03 · Solution
Evidence before scaling and control the whole way through.

We replace blind development with evidence-based building: context before code, evidence before scaling, and control the whole way through.

Ways we build

Technology is chosen around the problem.

We don't start with the tool. We start with your problem — and sometimes the answer is custom software, sometimes an app, sometimes an agent that works on its own.

your operation · as code

Custom software

Systems built around your real operation: your rules, your roles, your workflows. You don't bend your business to fit the tool; the tool is written for your business.

When it's the answer: when no generic tool fits the way you work.

one product · every device

Web & mobile apps

One product in the browser and in the pocket: the same account and the same data on your team's computers and on your users' phones.

When it's the answer: when your users need it in their hands.

process · running

Automation

Processes that run on their own. We connect the tools you already use so data flows without copying, pasting or chasing anyone.

When it's the answer: when repetitive work is costing you hours.

agent · on shift

Nodo Agents

AI agents with a specific job, like a digital employee: they read, sort and answer the work a person does every day — incoming quotes, order follow-ups, first-line support — with clear rules and human review where it matters.

When it's the answer: when there's a task someone does every day that could run on its own.

Diagnosis first. The tool follows from there.

Our method

Nodo OS: six stages, each one with evidence.

Nodo OS is our standard way of thinking, deciding, building and learning. Each stage reduces a specific risk and leaves something you can see, review and keep. You always know where your product stands and what you receive when each phase closes.

01Signal

Is this worth building?

We find out whether there's a real problem, capacity to execute and a hypothesis that can be tested. The honest outcome may be to move forward, to reframe, or not to build yet.

You get: Signal Brief, hypothesis map, initial risk map and a clear go-forward criterion.

02Blueprint

The product before the code.

A living document that connects strategy, experience, data and operations. It has value on its own: use it with us, with your team or with another vendor.

You get: The complete product plan, prioritized and ready to use.

03Build

Development in demonstrable units.

We build in small capsules of value, each with its goal, its rules, its states and its demo. Nothing counts as done unless it can be shown.

You get: A working product, in progress you can see — not take on faith.

04Control

Transparency without micromanagement.

In the Control Room you see the state of each phase, pending decisions, risks, budget consumed and the demos. Control — not an avalanche of technical messages.

You get: Visibility over scope, risks and decisions throughout the project.

05Proof

The launch as an experiment.

Before opening up, we define what we want to learn, who sees the product, what we measure and what decision we'll make with the result.

You get: A launch with criteria and a clear read on what worked.

06Scale

Grow only what showed signal.

We invest in what already proved value or removes a proven bottleneck. Performance, automation, new roles, new markets — always tied to evidence.

You get: Growth built on what works, not on assumptions.

What ends up in your hands

A product you can use, understand and grow — not just a code file.

Every project leaves evidence, not just screens. This is what ends up in your hands.

Scope
Visible

Nothing is built blind

Every phase has inclusions, exclusions and clear criteria from the start.

Decisions
Recorded

No decision gets lost

What was decided, who decided and why — dated, and always at hand.

The product is yours

Code, access and accounts in your name. You end up with control, not dependence.

  • Signal Brief and hypothesis map
  • Product Blueprint, usable with or without us
  • Risk map with owners and mitigation
  • Decision log, with date and reason
  • Responsive UX/UI design
  • A working, deployed application or system
  • Database and role structure
  • Operational admin panel
  • The integrations in scope
  • Recorded demos of every increment
  • Metrics and a read on the pilot's results
  • Product passport: where it lives and how it runs
  • Code, access and accounts in your name
  • User manual and roadmap for the next phases

Quality rule. We don't deliver a button without a function, an empty screen, or a flow that relies on fake data without being clearly marked as such.

Services

We start where your uncertainty is.

It's not a menu to pick from: in that first conversation we identify what stage you're at and start there. Every project is quoted by scope, complexity and support; the fixed price goes in the proposal.

01

Before building

Reduce the risk

Nodo Signal

Is this worth building?

A risk diagnosis of your product before you invest.

Nodo Blueprint

The product defined before the code.

The product defined and documented before the first line of code.

evaluate.ts
const decision = nodo.evaluate({  risk: "mapped",  scope: "defined",  before: "writing code"});
02

Building with evidence

Create with control

Nodo MVP

The working product to validate with real users.

A real product to validate your idea with users.

Nodo Ops

Bring order to and digitize your operations.

Sustain and scale

Nodo Rescue

Rescue or stabilize an existing product.

Recover and professionalize a product that already exists.

Nodo Partner

Continuous evolution of a living product.

Continuous evolution, growing only what shows signal.

Not sure where to start?

That's exactly the first conversation. We'll tell you which stage fits you.

Let's talk →

Fixed scope and milestone payments. You know from the start what you receive and when. The fixed price is agreed in the proposal, based on scope.

How we work

No surprises, at any point.

01

Diagnosis

We talk about your goal, your constraints and the real problem behind the idea. Free of charge.

02

Stage recommendation

We tell you where it makes sense to start, even if it's smaller than what you asked for.

03

Proposal

Scope, phases, deliverables, risks, fixed price, milestone payments and exclusions — in writing.

04

Agreement

Contract and access. We start with the rules clear.

05

Nodo OS in motion

Signal, Blueprint, Build, Control, Proof and Scale, as your project needs.

06

Delivery and handover

Product, documentation and access in your name. You end up with control, not dependence.

Transparency. From the proposal onward, we make clear who covers infrastructure and third-party service costs. Those accounts usually stay in your name, so you keep full control of your product.

Modern tools, human judgment.

We use artificial intelligence to speed up research, prototyping, testing and documentation. That lets us spend our time on what truly defines a good product: understanding the business, making architecture decisions and caring for the details.

What we never delegate is judgment. Every product decision answers to a goal of yours, and every line we deliver goes through review.

Technology speeds up execution. The value is in knowing what to build, and why.

Who it's for

Built for people who are getting something off the ground.

We work with founders who have a clear idea and need to see it working — to validate it with real users, present it to investors or start operating with it — and with businesses that today run on WhatsApp and spreadsheets and need to bring order to their operations.

01

You have an idea and want to validate it

You need a working product in front of real users to know if this has a future, before investing too much.

02

Your operations outgrew you

You run the business across WhatsApp, Excel and memory. You need one system for orders, customers, bookings or inventory.

03

You need to show something real

You're presenting your project to partners or investors and need something people can use, not a pretty mockup.

Manifesto

What we believe.

We believe a good product starts before the code.

We believe in building enough to learn, not too much to impress.

We believe every decision should stay visible, not hidden.

We believe the client deserves control, not dependence.

We use artificial intelligence to accelerate, not to replace judgment.

We don't deliver empty screens or decorative features.

We replace blind development with evidence-based building.

A good vendor delivers software. A good partner delivers control.

You're not a client. You're a partner.

We listen, we propose, and we deliver with evidence.
