• WhatsApp number
• Information about the project you want to build (project type, platform, estimated budget, and your project description)

We do not collect sensitive data, we do not use advertising tracking cookies, and we do not obtain information about you beyond what you voluntarily provide.

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your contact request
• Prepare and send you a proposal if you request one

4. Third parties involved

To operate our contact form we use the Web3Forms service, which processes the submission and delivers it to us by email. Your information passes through that service for the sole purpose of delivering your message. Our site is hosted on infrastructure providers that may store standard technical data (such as access logs).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if we start a project together, for the duration of our commercial relationship and any period required by law. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

As the data owner, at any time you may:

• Update or correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us
• Withdraw your authorization and request deletion of your data
• File complaints with Colombia's Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) regarding misuse of your data
